Departures and returns are carried out in full respect of barrier gestures. Hydroalcoholic gel is available in each agency. Our teams are equipped with masks and gloves, and we ask all our customers to do the same for departures and returns, as much as possible.
Only one customer is authorized in the agency in order to proceed with the payment and departure procedures. Plexiglas protection is installed in all branches equipped with counters. These counters are disinfected before and after each departure and return. Only one customer can be present to carry out the inventory of the vehicle, which is done on tablets disinfected with each use.
